Our gorgeous footwear is hand-made in Italy with a European fit in mind: so you may find them more snug than traditional American brands. We recommend sizing up 1/2 to a full size than standard US Sizing if you appreciate a little wiggle room.

All our shoes ship from the UK. All orders made on the www.eu.vondshoes.com ship from our UK warehouses to addresses in continental Europe and UK.
Please be advised that due to Brexit, all EU orders will encounter custom/import charges. Von D Shoes has plans to open a EU warehouse in May of 2023 to better serve our europe customers!
We sure do! All our orders ship from our UK facility and are subject to VAT and international taxes and customs charges. Please be advised your home country may ask you to pay for import charges.

Returns / Exchanges
We offer exchanges, store credit or returns to original form of payment,
Return & Exchange Policy:
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the box it came in.
All returns must be shipped inside a larger box. Do not place postage on the shoebox itself.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in "new" condition.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card and alternate form of payment will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first.
"Exchange only" items are eligible for size or style exchanges within return window (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.
**We do NOT refund return shipping charges**
Sale / On Special / Promotions & Flash Sales:
All items that are are marked down and sold part of a special promotion are either final sale or exchange only. Items marked "final sale" are ineligible for returns. Items marked "exchange only" are eligible for size or product exchanges. This policy means no returns will be granted, however we do allow size exchanges limited to the original purchase item. (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.
Can I Combine Two Different Orders Into One Package For A Return?
Unfortunately, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one consolidated return, so we ask that you keep them separate. Please use our Return Portal and initiate the returns that correspond with the correct order numbers then mail them each back individually.
