ARE VON D SHOES VEGAN?

Yes! We are so proud to have sourced some of the most beautiful, durable, and environmentally conscious fabrics without the use of any animals! Even our adhesives are vegan!

WHAT ARE THE SHOES MADE OUT OF?

Finding high-quality materials that are animal-free, and sustainable is our mission! we use everything from embossed velvets, vegan suedes, recycled rubber, and luxe vegan leather made from compressed apples!

WHERE CAN WE BUY VON D SHOES?

In order to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers, we reselling directly to you via vondshoes.com. But eventually, we plan on doing VonD shoes pop-ups, and one-day flagship stores.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We sure do and its FAST! Our warehouse is domiciled in the south of the UK. All orders are shipped from this warehouse with a tracking number & should be expected within 5-10 business days, often sooner.

WHAT IF THERE'S A DELAY?

Due to covid, we experience the rare delay on occasion. In the case of delay, we'll always communicate that and try to get our goods to you as quickly as possible.

IS THERE VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

All goods leaving our UK factory are subject to VAT, depending on where you are located in the world, this is around 20% of the order value. We advise all customers anticipate this.

HOW DO VAT CHARGES WORK?

The VAT due on any sale is a percentage of the sale price but from this the taxable person is entitled to deduct all the tax already paid at the preceding stage. Therefore, double taxation is avoided and tax is paid only on the value added at each stage of production and distribution. In this way, as the final price of the product is equal to the sum of the values added at each preceding stage, the final VAT paid is made up of the sum of the VAT paid at each stage. This fluctuates depending on destination country and policy but we find total surcharge typically around 20% we advise all customers anticipate this.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We currently offer whole sizes, but half sizes will be on most new releases so if you fall in between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up. If you have any doubt, check out the size chart on every product page! Click for our sizing chart.

DO YOU CARRY WIDE WIDTH SHOES?

Most of our shoes are made with a relaxed comfort fit and will fit most feet. make sure to read our sizing description in the product detail section of each shoe for accurate descriptions and sizing chart.

HOW DO I RETURN MY SHOES?

Returns:

Returns and exchanges are accepted, for any reason, for items in their original packaging, and in unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate your return, please fill out the form in the Returns & Exchanges section with your order number and the email or postal code associated with your order. Please, select the reason for your return.

Exchanges:

To make an exchange, please fill out the form, including any important details (size/color/style). If we don’t have the size or color that you prefer, we will happily provide a full refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item in good condition, we will send you an email confirming it was received. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for your credit card company to credit back your account.

Please note that digital gift cards are non-refundable.

There are exceptions where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Damaged items or missing parts not due to production defects
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
